How accurate is this estimate?

It’s a realistic planning range, not a quote. The numbers reflect what projects like yours actually cost in the Phoenix metro at each finish level. Your final price depends on your home’s condition, your specific selections, and site factors we confirm during a free on-site consultation.

What’s included in the range — and what isn’t?

Ranges include construction labor, materials at the selected finish tier, and standard project management. They exclude land cost (for new builds), design fees, permit fees, and unusual site conditions — we’ll walk you through those line items in your consultation.

How is this different from a formal quote?

A formal quote requires us to see your home or lot, confirm scope, and price your actual selections. This tool gives you an honest starting range so you can plan — and so our first conversation starts from real numbers instead of guesswork.

What happens after I unlock my estimate?

You’ll get your full breakdown and a downloadable PDF report immediately. Our team is also notified, and someone will reach out within one business day to see if you’d like to talk through options. If you’d rather review on your own first, that’s completely fine.

What areas do you serve?

What’s the difference between the finish tiers?

Standard reflects quality, durable finishes appropriate for a high-end home. Premium adds custom cabinetry, upgraded stone and tile, and higher-spec fixtures. Luxury (and Ultra-Luxury for new builds) means fully custom millwork, architectural detailing, and top-tier materials throughout.

How long does a typical project take?

As a general guide: bathrooms run several weeks to a few months, kitchens and larger remodels a few months to six-plus, and custom homes roughly 10–16 months from breaking ground. We’ll give you a real schedule in your consultation.
